The buffer layer of our solid OTR tyres adopts a combined structure of a hanging curtain and a film in order to simplify the manufacturing process and improve the use efficiency and economic benefits. The outer tire is composed of a crown, a ply, a cushion layer and a bead. The carcass layer is the skeleton of the tire casing, which is used to maintain the shape and size of the tire casing.
Product Description
The density of the cushion ply for solid OTR tyres is thinner than that of the outer ply, the thickness of the hanging glue is thicker, the cord angle is equal to or slightly larger than the ply cord angle. Compared with ordinary product on the market, the adjacent plies are arranged cross each other, and the lifting width is generally slightly larger or narrower than the crown width. There are various kinds of size options, thus providing more choices to meet need.
