The rubber ply  between the Tubeless Tire and the carcass does not extend to the middle material layer of the bead. It is specifically designed to cushion external impact, protect the carcass, and improve the adhesion between the tread and the ply. Under the base of the tread of the radial tire, the material layer of the carcass is hooped in the circumferential direction of the centerline of the crown. The outermost layer of rubber that is in contact with the road surface, thus to ensure high and reliable performance.

The Tubeless Tire is equipped with advanced process, which has longer service life for use and there is no special need of maintaining. In addition, there are two kinds of size options, thus providing more choices to meet need. Compared with ordinary product on the market, the carcass has sufficient strength and elasticity in order to withstand strong shocks and impacts. On the other hand, it realizes the function to withstand multiple deformations caused by the radial, lateral and circumferential forces of the tire on the outer tire during driving. The carcass is composed of one or more layers of rubber cords, which can give the carcass and the entire tire the necessary strength.
